Without our confirmation, please don't return or exchange any received merchandise because there are extra information that you need to follow.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back for an exchange.
You are required to email us within 2 days after received your order if you want to make an exchange. For all merchandise sold by any sale such as Warehouse sales and X'mas and New Year Sales, don't have any refund and exchange.
We will gladly refund or exchange any item within 7 days of your receiving it. To request a refund or exchange please follow the following steps:

* In your email or on the form please let us know if it is a Refund, Exchange, or Repair under the warranty. Please provide your original order number.
* You will receive a refund number from us. Please enclose this number with your return to guarantee proper tracking and a prompt re-shipment to you.
* All returns should be insured. We are not responsible for watches damaged or lost during shipping from you to us.
* You are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges, and warranty issues.
